What are your terms of reservation?
Credit card as a guarantee and the specified deposit upon arrival.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00.
Can we have an early check-in or late check-out?
Depending on the availability of the apartment.
Is there a minimum stay?
The minimum stay is three nights.
Do you require a damage deposit?
No damage deposit required.
Cancellation policy?
It will be shown upon booking.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
Smoking is not allowed.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept all credit cards.

How does the handover of the apartment work?
Handover is at the Reception.
Is it possible to do remote check-in registration?
The remote check-in is not possible.
Is apartment child-friendly?
Yes, apartments arechild friendly.
Do you provide beach towels?
Beach towels are provided.
Do you provide extra beds?
We do not have the option of an extra bed in the apartments.
Is there any staff at the apartment?
The Reception is located below in Trevisol 40, Rovinj (ground floor of Trevisol apartments).
Do you provide any equipment such as baby cot, high-chair, kids step and potty?
A baby cot and a high-chair is available upon request.

How do I book extra services?
Booking goes through the Reception.
What if I need to cancel the booked service?
If the reservation is made through direct booking, the Reception will help you, otherwise you must contact the website through which the reservation was made.
Is airport transfer included or offered?
Airport transfer is not included, but we offer transfer service for a surcharge.
Who will take care of any problems that may arise during our stay?

Parking and transportation to apartments
How far is parking from the apartment?
The distance from the parking area to the apartments is as follows: Apartment Trevisol – 750 m, Apartment Monte – 900 m, Holiday Home Silva – 700 m.
Can I call your shuttle service for going to the beach?
If the electric caris available, we will be happy to take you to your desired location.
Food and beverages
Are food and beverages included in the rental?
Food and beverages are not included in the rental.
Do you offer breakfast?
We do not offer breakfast service.
